Dear Mrs.

Taylor,
I am writing to you to talk about a critical failure in our planned factory opening
schedule. Unfortunately, we've encountered a major setback as our supplier has
declared bankruptcy, leaving us without the necessary equipment. This
development jeopardizes our ability to meet the scheduled opening, which could
have significant repercussions for our operations and reputation.
To make matters worse is the fact almost all of our orders were paid with a
substantial amount of deposit. I am afraid that we might lose a considerable
amount of money if the situation isn’t alleviated.
As such, to combat the issue, I’m actively searching for other potential suppliers
that could provide us with the equipment we need for the factory quickly and at
an affordable price. I am doing my best to gather all valuable information
regarding suppliers and their offers and will have them ready by the end of the
week.
I understand the urgency of this matter and assure you that I am dedicating all
available resources to finding a solution. I will keep you updated on any
developments and am open to any guidance or suggestions you may have.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time.
