A paired-samples t-test was conducted to evaluate the impact of the intervention on students'

scores on the Depression Time (DT). There was a statistically significant decrease in FOST
scores from Time 1 (M=42.53 , SD= 4.592) to Time 3 (M=39.20, SD = 5.088), t(29)= 7.196,
p<.0001 (two-tailed). The mean decrease in DT scores was 3.333 Depression Time (DT) with a
95% confidence interval ranging from 2.386 to 4.281. The eta squared statistic (5) indicated a
large effect size.
