PREFACE

Management education required close co-operation between business and business institution. Theory
and practical are two inseparable parts of any type of education and are essential for management study.

There is one proverb which truly says,” Practice makes a man perfect”. A student gets theoretical
knowledge from classroom and practical knowledge from industrial training. When these two aspects of
theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge come together than a student is fully equipped to secure
his best.

It has been a wonderful learning experience, which has given me an insight into management of

modern business which requires an appreciation of multidisciplinary concept and in-depth knowledge

of specific analytical tools, geared to the solution of real lifeproblems. No doubt every real situation

is unique but a set of theoretical tools of knowledge, itself based on empirical foundation, can help

in developing the mechanism for handling such situation.

So the BBA curriculum has been desired to provide to the future manager’s ample practical

exposure to the business world.

The summer training is essential for the fulfillment curriculum; it provides an opportunity

Introduction
INTRODUCTION

Internships provide real practical experience of the world to those candidates who are looking
forward to discover and acquire the required understanding as well as skill-sets needed to get
engaged in a particular career field. Internships are relatively temporary in the natural state with
the primary focus on acquiring someone at the workplace trainingand grabbing what is encountered
in the session hall and making use of it to the real life.
Interns most often have a manager who permits specified duties to them and appraises the
interns over all theirworks

In the internship I got to learn many new things which have been proven utterly valuable and crucial in
my life. The skills include persuasion, effective communication, and patience and most importantly
I learnt taking critics without having any effect on my performance. Things I experienced were some
scenarios such as moments when a customer is not interested in the offer or the product we’re
proposing them to buy, in such cases sometimes customers can get irate. In these times agent needs to
have patience and tolerance or the situation might turn into a conflict, which is a loss of business.
There are also scenarios when a customer is interested in the offer you’re making but he is very
uncertain about his decision. In situation like this we have to spark their interest and tell them what
they want to hear. Sometimes a customer is good to buy but all he lacks is assurance, we need to
understand their voice of concern without making them repeat it much etc. That’s it for my internship.

Now days the business world is a customer driven. And the customer is treated as a King. So for a
good business, they have to maintain the relation with the customer for a longer duration of time as it
is a never ending process. So customer satisfaction is very important to keep the customers in the
business pocket

PERSONALITY DEVELOPEMENT

Personality development is defined as a process of developing and enhancing one's personality. Personality
development helps an individual to gain confidence and high self-esteem. Personality development also is said
to have a positive impact on one's communication skills and the way he sees the world.

The Internship provides a platform to boost required skills for the job:

An internship gives us a great chance to develop our knowledge and skills. We can apply it in the real
world workplace whatever we have learned in the classroom. We will come to know how to work with
other people. It is an important element required for success atthe work place. We can develop it during
our internshipperiod

Internship provides a good chance to associate with the professionals:

Ketan Bhagat is a screenwriter, author, yoga teacher, motivational speaker, and father.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This chapter describes the research methodology which is applied during the whole projectwork.
here we describe what we believe and apply method for collecting data and analyzingthisproject.

The research was done in order to understand the Evaluation, Interview and Onboarding Process
followed at Super77 and the perception of the employees from all the cadres regarding it.

To know how an organization performs in terms of productivity and this should be directly proportional
to quality and quantity of its human resource. In order to get the right kind of people in right place in
the right time the organization should have the specific and clear personnel, policies and onboarding
methods which are essential for the growth of the organization. Hence it was necessary to conduct
research on the process.

So, to fulfill the objective of this project descriptive research is most suitable because into thedescriptive
research, it is easy to describe things, such as market potential for product or services or the
demographics and attitudes of customers who buy the products or services.

1. Primary data- Primary data is the data collected by the researcher him self. I have used the

research tool-questionnaire Primary Data as we know can take quantitative
or statistical form, e.g., charts, graphs, diagrams and tables.

ü This chapter focuses on the systematic approach for solving the research problem in the study and
highlights the instruments and techniques used to seek solutions to the research problem. It consists
of the research design, sample population, sample frame, sample size determination, sampling
techniques, research instruments, and methods of data analysis. The purpose of this research is to
examine the effectiveness of the existing Interview and interview processes in the Super77 company

ü SampleSize:- Sample present study consists 45 respondents of various disarmaments, interns


of the Super77 Organization.

Personality development is the process of developing and enhancing the personality. Personality development
helps an individual to gain confidence and high self-esteem.
Personality development also is said to have a positive impact on one’s communication skills and the way he sees
the world.

Customers of Super77 PVT LTD are satisfied with the existing personality development programs. Super77 is
selling their products mainly through direct marketing.
Super77 PVT LTD has to concerned internet sources for educating the people about ‘how personality
development is important’ so that it could motivate the customer’ to buy their programs. Customers are also well
aware about the various sources and methods of personality development. Super77 PVT LTD has to implement
innovative techniques in personality development process like self-actualization, self-discovery and self-mastery
etc.

CONCLUSION

To conclude we would like to say it was of a great experience conducting our Summer Internship
in the SUPER77. Working on our study we came to know many things about the service industry and
how it work. We gained much more knowledge in marketing field as how its function, and as how
to approaching the customer along with the customer acceptation as to what customers wants and what
they don't want. How to approach them. Flow of proper communication from top to bottom and bottom
to top plays a very important role in any organization as timely providing information regarding the
customer if any quires is there by the end users to the company& feedback helps them to contribute to
the success of the company, as company can makes necessary changes where ever required and also to
come up with a solution to their quires. Also came to know how the health camps are organized with the
help of tie ups with schools, colleges as well as doctors also As to what is their needs and wants and how
they are meet also not meet and how the patients reacts to it later
