Annexure2: Price & Terms and Conditions

Price
(Deliver to Site. UAE): Supply of 1#AHU Without Mixing Box Shall be: AED 22,000/-

VAT shall be applicable extra as applicable on all deliveries of goods and services.
VAT
VAT charges to be borne by the buyer.

Payment Terms 50% Advance & balance against delivery.

12 Months from the date of commissioning or 15 months from the date of

supply, whichever is earlier.

06-08-weeks from the date of receipt of approved GA Drawings and

commercially cleared purchase order.

Validity 15 days from the date of offer.

Order Once the purchase order is issued and the manufacturing clearance is given by
Cancellation the customer, the customer is liable to pay the full value of the purchase order.

Trosten Industries Company LLC shall not be held responsible for late delivery
Force Majeure
or non-delivery of the goods caused by a Force Majeure Event.

Free storage up to 10 days shall be provided from the date of notification to the
customer of equipment readiness for shipment. Thereafter, weekly storage

charges of 1 % of the equipment value per week shall be applicable until
shipment is carried out.

Our scope pertains to Supply only to site. Unloading of the equipment at site,
shifting the equipment and any other item / work not specifically mentioned in
