The attention of all the Municipal Commissioners in the State (ezcept GHMC) a1e
invited to the referençe cited, it is came to notice to undersigned that, certain Municipal
Comnissioners are not paying remuneration to the System Mangers and System
Assistants working in ULB'S since April 2023 for want of further post contnuation oriers
from the Government.

2) Further, the Municipal Commissioner's are informed that, a proposal for further
continuation in System Managers/System Assistants posts in ULB's for the year 2023-24
has been submitted to the Government and the orders of the Government are awaited.

3 In view of the above, all the Municipal Commissioners (except GHMC) are hereby
directed to release the remuneration to the System Manager and System Assistants
working in ULB'S as per the continuation of posts issued vide GO.RENO \32s, till receipt
of the further continuation orders from the Government.

4) Therefore, all the Municipal Commissioners in the state (except GHMC) shal
adhere to the above instructions. If any contravention of the above instructions is noticed,
action will be initiated against the officers concerned as per rules in force

of the further cotinuation orders from the Government.

4) Therefoe, all the Municipal Commissiones in the state (except GHMC) shall
adhere to the above instructions. If any contravention of the albove instructions is noticed,
action will be initiated against the officers concernedas per rules in force
