Bali, we would like to inform you regarding your airport pick up arrangement:

1. After collecting your baggage and passing custom inspection, you will immediately meet our
representative outside the arrival exit with the IPOKRaTES signage
2. Please inform our representative that you are a speaker/participant of the conference.
3. A car will be provided for your transport to the hotel
4. Upon arrival to the hotel, a representative will assist you in the check in process
5. Should you have any last minute changes to your flight booking, please notify us immediately so that
we can make the necessary changes to the pick up arrangement
