(1). Draw radial lines intersecting the reference circle at point 0 to 6 in the angle of ascent and 6to 0in
the angle of descent, lift 25mm.
Measure distances 1a, 2b, etc. from the displacement diagram and mark corresponding distances on the
radial line in the cam profile from the reference circle.
Draw circles at points 0 of f and f of 0 with radius equal to the roller radius of 10mm.
Draw a smooth curve touching (asymptotic) the roller radial to obtain the cam profile.Nearest approach
of the roller center to the cam center is to be 50mm and the diameter of reference circle is 120mm.

(3). A gear has 30 teeth of involute profile, pitch circle diameter of 180mm and pressure angle of 20°.
Draw the profile of complete tooth for the gear with fully Dimensions. (20) marks
