Ropeway Services:
1. Passenger(s) will be required to produce valid age proof of children at
the entry gate, if asked for.
2. The ticket once booked is non-transferable and non-refundable and
Yatra registration with RFID Card is mandatory for availing Ropeway
facility.
3. Ropeway Tickets once Booked cannot be cancelled and no refunds will
be entertained.
4. Passengers are requested to report within the time slot selected while
making the booking, failing which the services may be denied.
5. Ropeway tickets will be valid for only two hours after the check-in at
Manokamna Bhawan.
6. In case the Ropeway operation remains suspended due to bad weather
/ Technical snag / Administrative exigencies, the passengers shall be
adjusted in the next slots on the same day. However, the pilgrims shall
not be entitled to a refund in such cases.
7. Please carry the printout of this Invoice / Booking Receipt & produce the
Original ID Proof used at the time of Booking for availing the Services,
failing which Shrine Board reserves the right to deny the Services.
8. In case of any delays or queries regarding refunds for failed
transactions, Pilgrims can write to refund@maavaishnodevi.net or
callcenter@maavaishnodevi.netwith transaction details.
