It is my pleasure to strongly recommend Megan Garver. My name is Megan Waldfogel, a Manager at The
Cone of West Chester. I have 8 years of experience working at this small business and while I've worked
with many people over the course of my career, Megan is one individual I have worked with who
uniquely stands out.

During our time working together at The Cone, Megan displayed great talents in her position as a Trainer
and Supervisor. When we first met, I was immediately impressed with Megan, and when we worked
together, she caught on a lot faster than that of her peers. Megan is always willing to do anything I ask of
her. She is the first to offer up her help for a task, even if it isn’t the greatest of jobs, like cleaning the
kiddie rides, for example. One thing that really stands out to me is Megan’s ability to delegate tasks to
other employees. When I am busy or have to step out to help a customer, she always makes sure the rest
of the employees are staying busy. This is a huge help, as a lot of the younger kids just stand there and
don’t know what to do without being told. Megan will make a job task list for them to work on and make
sure they get done. Also, her ability at making the products at The Cone is perfect. It's not just Megan’s
technical skills that impress me, however. Megan was and is a joy to work with because of her amazingly
positive attitude, friendliness, and care. Her customer service skills excel because of this. I don’t think I
have ever seen Megan mad or upset at work. She is always someone who we can look to for light.
Megan’s determination and dedication were also necessary and valued not just by myself but by her peers.

I am confident that Megan Garver would be a great fit for any spot thrown her way. Not only will she
