School is a building which has four walls with tomorrow.

When I was in my first year, I observed how dedicated the professors are to
teaching us how to study, improve, and be productive. I noticed how
committed the University was to developing new knowledge and technology,
as well as transforming human resources into productive citizens, in order to
have a positive influence on local and international communities. In my
freshman year, I watched how Nueva Ecija University of Science and
Technology brought its vision to the table so that students could understand
their viewpoint for the university and, of course, for themselves.

The University Tagline, "Transforming Communities Through Science and Technology," is

important because it attracts the attention of parents and students who wish to study at a State
university with high teaching quality. When parents and students hear the phrase, they
immediately understand the benefits of the University. Taglines help distinguish a brand from
others by emphasizing a competitive advantage or benefit.
The Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology empowers citizens to make sound
decisions on their own by applying University ideals to new situations. In addition, I envision the
basic principles of removing obstacles and empowering individual progress across the
University.

As a Nursing student at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, I

can observe how the College of Nursing achieves its objectives for the
university and the students. We, the students of the College of Nursing, can
observe how the University makes nursing education open and affordable to
all students, particularly those with financial difficulties, while still teaching
us excellence in nursing education.

Overall, the NEUST Mission, Vision, Tagline, Core Values, and Goal of
the College of Nursing are significant in assisting the school community in
reflecting on its core educational, values, operational objectives, purpose as
a learning institution, and desired results for students.
