This is further to our intimation dated 20 September 2023 wherein we had given advance intimation of
upcoming Non-Deal Roadshow (in-person group meetings) with several Analysts/Institutional
Investors/Funds.

In compliance with Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI
Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company has today viz. Tuesday, 26 September 2023,
participated in the Non-Deal Roadshow organised by Elara Capital and concluded in-person (physical)
group meetings with several Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds in Mumbai, as given in Annexure A.

The said Analysts/Institutional Investors/Funds were briefed on general business overview, industry
updates and published financial results of the Company. The contents from the earnings presentation for
the quarter ended 30 June 2023 and the investor presentation filed with the Stock Exchanges and uploaded
