LIMITATIONS AND FUTURE SCOPE:

The development of this software is being done keeping in mind the future

scope of this application. I find that it has good prospects in the future also.

I find it is getting solved almost all the related work of the dairy shop.

Keeping in mind the needs of the organization, which may crop up in the

near future, I have tried and introduced certain features, which may be

required by the organization, and so at that time implementation can be

done without any problems. Right now I am developing this software

keeping in mind just of a general current working mechanism of this dairy

shop. I sure It will run successfully, and it can be distributed to other similar

working mechanism organizations too. The flexibility and the number of

reports, that this software would be providing, also enhance the scope of

the software too much.

This project (Automation of Sudha Dairy Booth) is designed to

computerize almost all the related functions of the dairy shop, which was

previously performed manually with many difficulties and errors. The

system will computerized the activity of customers & staff members,

computerized account handling, stock maintenance and various other

related works. It will automate the manual and complicated process related

with this dairy.

Since visual basic.NET(2013) and Sql Server 2014 support networking as

well as object oriented facility to much, hence same project can be easily

upgraded with little or no modification as client-server based application or

distributed environment or Web based intranet application or internet

application in future, if necessary and others in quick time.

This project is being developed according to the present time requirement

or demand of the Sudha DairyBooth which will be more useful to manage,

regulate & coordinate all related staff members ,stock management of

materials and customers easily & effectively to run the system properly. In

it, administration (owner) has total picture related to all the activities of the

dairy shop, which will help to take any correct and perfect decisions and

further improvements about the system.

In other words, this project is being developed to fulfill customers and

managerial requirement of ‘Automation of Sudha Dairy Booth; however

there are lots of scope to improve the performance in the area of user

interface, database performance, and query processing time etc.

So there are many things for future enhancement of this project. The future

enhancements that are possible in the project are as follows:

 Integration with Public Grievances through Web Services

 Use remoting for avoiding Sql Server client software.

 Connection to third-party OLAP applications

 In the area of data security and system security.

The system may require a computer professional as employee to operate it

smoothly. Since the project at this time has standalone facility which can be

later modified or transformed into client – server model or others on

demand. It also requires proper maintenance of the software time to time.
