Higher Order Differential Equation has a variety of applications that are vital to the field of

engineering. One example on where Higher Order DEs apply is Kinematics. Often in Physics,
motion of an object is expressed mathematically as the function of displacement x at time t.
Deriving the displacement function, we get a differential equation of order one dx/dt, which is
the change in displacement with respect to time or velocity. Deriving once again, we get a
differential equation of order two, which is the change in velocity with respect to time or
acceleration
