Scope of Works:
• Installation of 5,042 point Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) twin shaft with 1600mm diameter per shaft
• Installation of 1,636 point Jet Grouting Pile (JGP) with various 600mm and 1400mm diameter

The challenges of this project include;

• Existing Underground Obstruction

A lot of existing underground obstruction such as Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) pipe were encountered

during our works which might impair the quality of soil treatment. We have carried out extra treatment to
ensure the quality of soil treatment.

• Height Restriction

Site location around 200 to 300 meter from Changi Airport runway, we facing straight airport regulation with
height , foreign object debris ,lighting and transportation
