This manual serves as a comprehensive guide for navigating and utilizing the

Student Violation Management System effectively, including the process of

deploying online or hosting the system on the internet. It covers the process of

recording violations, managing records, retrieving data, archiving information,

and other administrative privileges. By following this manual, users can maximize

the system's functionalities to streamline student violation management

processes efficiently.

To deploy or host the system in the internet, perform the following steps:

Step 1. Open any browser.

Step 2. Type “000webhost” into the search bar, then press enter.
Step 3. Click on the first result or locate “000webhost.com”.

Step 4. Locate and click the “SIGN IN” button.

Step 5. Log in to your account. If you are not logged in but have a

Hostinger, Facebook, or Google account, you can use it to log in. Otherwise,

click the "Sign Up" button below to register.

Step 6. If it is your first time using your account, this interface will appear.

Simply click “Start Now” to proceed.

Step 7. Fill out all the necessary input fields and ensure they are

completed accurately.

Step 8. Click the “Create” button to successfully create the website.

Step 9. Click the “Select” button in the Upload site section.

Step 10. Click on “public_html” in the sidebar navigation.

Step 11. Open and find the directory where your system files are located,

then highlight all the files. Next, long press and drag them as demonstrated

above.

Step 12. Click the "Upload" button to begin uploading the files. Please

wait until the process is complete. Do not close the modal as it may take some

time, depending on your internet connection speed. If needed, you can click

"Cancel" to abort the upload process.

Step 13. Navigate on the sidebar tab.

Step 14. Click on “Tool”.

Step 15. Select the “Database Manager” dropdown tab.

Step 16. Click on the “Create New Database” section.

Step 17. A modal will appear. To create a new database, fill out all the

input fields such as name, username, and password. Then, click the "Create"

button to proceed with the creation.

Step 18. Click on the three dots (...) to expand the dropdown options.

Step 19. Click on the "PhpMyAdmin" option to be redirected to the

PhpMyAdmin page.

Step 20: Navigate to the Sidebar Tabs, then click on your assigned

database as per the above steps.

Step 21: Navigate through the Navigation bar and locate the "Import"

option, then click on it.

Step 22: Click on the "Choose File" button and locate your database.sql

file, then click "Open".

Step 23: Scroll down if necessary and locate the "Import" button, then click

on it to upload the database file. Please wait for a few minutes as it may take

some time to complete.
