Subject : Schedule and Participants for
Smart Factory Training in South
Korea

Regarding the information stated in the INNOBIZ letter dated April 5 th 2024
about invitation to take in smart factory training activities in South Korea, we hereby
convey the following things:
1. We are ready to participate in the training on May 20 th – 25th.
2. We submit the following list of training participants

If there is any change of participants above, we will notify immediately before
April 17th 2024.
3. We will encourage the preparation of the documents required for visa
applications from the training participants mentioned above.
4. We ask for an official schedule of training activities day by day.
5. We really hope that this training can provide a strong overview of the
practices and policies for implementing smart factories for SMEs in South
Korea.
6. We will use the result of this activities as a reference for making a cooperation
agreement for the implementation of the MoU that has been signed together.
7. For further details regarding this training planning, you can coordinate with
our contact person Ali (Director for Area Development and Supply Chain of
SMEs).
