Treasure Hunt Game Guideline

Date and Time: The treasure hunt game will take place today at 1:30 PM under the
Department of Social Sciences.
Maximum individuals to be allowed to participate is 7-8 members in a group.

Duration: Groups will have one hour to complete the treasure hunt.

Objective: To enhance the creativity and innovation of the participants keeping in


mind the Theme of World Social Work Day: “Buen Vivir: Shared Future for
Transformative change”

Materials Provided:
1. Clues: A series of clues will be provided to guide the groups to different
locations within the campus.
2. Treasure Map: You can divide among yourselves; one sub group can find the
clues and other sub group can collect the reusable materials from the campus itself
which will help them to make the final output.
3. Materials provided: The Materials collected via the clues will have to be used
by each group to prepare their final designs.

**Additional Materials:**
- Each group is allowed to bring any additional reuseable and scrap materials they
think will assist them in completing the treasure hunt.
- Creativity is encouraged in using these materials to solve clues and complete
challenges.
**Rules:**
1. Each group must follow the clues provided to locate the hidden treasures.
2. Groups must work together collaboratively to solve each clue and complete
tasks.
3. Respect for campus property and fellow participants is mandatory.
4. The use of smartphones or other electronic devices is allowed for research
purposes only.
5. Groups must stay within the designated boundaries of the treasure hunt area.

**Scoring and Rewards:**


- The group that successfully completes the treasure hunt in the shortest time will
be rewarded 5 POINTS.
- The group with the most innovative output will be rewarded with 10 POINTS.
-The group with the most accurate explanation of their output will be rewarded
with 5 POINTS.

**Conclusion:**
- After the treasure hunt, all participants are invited to gather for a brief debriefing
session to share their experiences and reflections on teamwork and problem-
solving.
**NOTE** The final output of the treasure hunt should be based on the theme
“BUEN VIVIR: SHARED FUTURE FOR TRANSFORMATIVE CHANGE”
**Note:** Please ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout
