Greetings!

We are pleased to submit this construction technical Commercial proposal in response to your Request
for quote (RFQ) for fabrication of CS handrail/Wall rail, We have developed this budgetary proposal specifically
for your stair case inquiry proposal provides an outline of the proposed solutions, schedule, technical approach,
and other essential details relevant for your project.

SCOPE OF WORK:

● Shop drawing Preparation and submission for your review and approval.
● Supply of raw material from the local supplier/stockiest.
● Welding of CS pipe by using GMAW process.
● Required Resources mobilization to site and Demobilization from site.
● 100% Visual inspection of all welding joints by Al Fareji QC department.
● Surface preparation and Powder coating with RAL9016 (Traffic white) with ±85microns
● QC inspection and clearance by client QA/QC Inspector at Al Fareji.
● Submission of QC dossier with MTC, fabrication, welding inspection and Powder coat reports.
AZIZ Glass’s RESPONSIBILITY:

● Review and approval of shop drawing for the Handrail and Wall rail.
● Provision of required food, Accommodation and transportation for alfareji crew at site
● Provision of Electrical power supply, drink water, Rest room and site office for our site crew.

● Provision of Site coordination focal person, safety officer and WPR at site.
● Provision of Gate pass for the Alfareji’s crew and tools /equipment.
● Final inspection and approval for the staircase at site.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATION:

● All Top rail ERW pipe from Ø1-1/2”x 3.68mm thk. / Sch.40 confirm to ASTM A 53 Gr.B.
● All Vertical Spindle ERW pipe from Ø1”x 3.38mm thk. / Sch.40 confirm to ASTM A 53 Gr.B.
● All Base plate Ø60x6mm / 4mm thk. conform to ASTM A36/S275Jr
● All Base Plate Cover Ø80x1.2mm thk. conform to ASTM A36/S275Jr
● All bend rod Ø12x150mm lg conform to ASTM A36/S275Jr
● All Ø8mmx80mm Stud anchor rod confirm to ASTM A36
● All Ø8mm Screw CSK confirm with plastic fisher.

Notes
1. VAT will be applicable during invoicing as per the regulation.
2. Final length/weight will be recalculated after the shop drawing approval
3. Partial order not acceptable / the price to be revised for the based on the quantity
4. Current raw material price is valid for 12months, afterwards any increase in the raw material price it will be back charge to
Aziz’s Glass.
5. Any kind of manpower idle at site due to work stop by client (or) other reason idle hour will be charged with 2500SR/day.
6. Considered All the building stair shape/size and dimension are same for handrails and wall rails with horizontal with inclined
position only.

EXCLUSIONS

● Design and calculation.

 ● Special painting/Fireproofing and Insulation.
● GI Pipe / Hot dip Galvanizing of structure
● Mechanical/chemical test.
● Any third-party inspection.
● Any kind of electrical, civil, instrumentation and commissioning work.
● Anything not mentioned in scope of work.

PERIOD OF PROJECT:

● Mutually agreed after PO issuance.

DELIVERY:

● To Riyadh Project Site.

PAYMENT TERMS:

● 35% advance along with PO.

● Progressive payment against as follows
1. 35% completion of fabrication and before material delivery from Alfareji yard.
2. 30% Completion of Installation at site with building wise submission of invoice.

VALIDITY:

Ten (10) days from the offer date.
