ADMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Documents
Download the following documents:
a) Admission Letter
b) Admission Guidelines
c) Student Handbook
d) Admission Form
e) Fee Structure
Fill out admission forms (d) and submit to the Dean of your School when reporting on Thursday 31st
August, 2013.
Read and keep the Student Handbook for your reference.

2. Fees Payment
Use the downloaded Fees Structure for your programme to pay your fees into the accounts provided below.

No student shall be registered in the University without paying fees. Kindly keep the payment slip safely
for verification.

3. Portal Creation and Activation


Please follow the steps below to create portal account.
• visit portal.mmust.ac.ke
• click on sign up button
• enter your registration number as username
• enter your preferred password
• confirm the password
• select your role as student
• click on submit button.
• Activation Link will be sent to email you used in accessing KUCCPS portal.

4. Accommodation Booking
Use the Student portal to book a room online. The online booking of hostels shall commence on Wednesday 9th
th
to Friday 18 August, 2023 at 4.00pm and shall be on ‘first come first served’ basis. After successfully
booking your room online, kindly pay the requisite accommodation fees as in (2) above.

5. Completing Registration Process


A. To complete your online registration process, log into admission.mmust.ac.ke and upload
certified scanned copies of the following:
(i) Original K.C.S.E Results Slip or Certificate.
(ii) Original National ID (Or Birth certificate).
(iii) Original passport for non-Kenyan only.
(iv) Passport size colour photograph.
B. Log into your student portal and update personal details by clicking profile.

4. Campus/School Transfers
Note that, Inter-Intra Campus/School transfers will be allowed within the first one week in programmes
where there is capacity.
