RE: APPROVAL OF ALLIANCE TECHNICAL SERVICES LIMITED FOR

COMPLETION OF PROJECTS AT BARLONYO HC III

As you are aware, the Lira District Executive Committee approved a

supplementary budget for construction of a doctor’s house and installation of water
as part of establishing Barlonyo HC III under the Uganda Intergovernmental Fiscal
Transfer Program. Funds worth UGX 186,454,576 and 29,000,000 shillings have
been approved for constructing a doctor’s house and installing water respectively
in 2023/2024 financial year, and 85% of this was disbursed during third quarter.

Considering that Alliance Technical Services Limited has already made very good
progress by executing above 80% of contracted works and the fast approaching
end of this financial year, I am hereby requesting for approval of the above
captioned service provider to hasten completion of this project.
