As part of the P.E. subject component, the department prepares a FESTIVAL DANCE AND FOLK
DANCE involving Grade 7-8 students.

In this regard, may we request from your good office to allow us to hold the said activity at the school
covered court from 11:40-1:40 in the afternoon.

We would like to ask permission also to involve the Grades 9 and 10 as our audience to witness the
presentation of grade 7 and 8.

With this, we are confidents that students will be more entrusted and enthusiastic in participating with
school programs to realize the school’s vision and mission.
