BACK GROUND CHECK

It is a policy of LASCO Affiliated Companies to investigate the backgrounds and employment


references of all our new/prospective employees. We rely on the accuracy of information
contained in employment applications, as well as the accuracy of other data presented
throughout the hiring process and during employment. Any misrepresentations, falsifications,
or material omissions in any of this information or these data may result in an applicant being
excluded from further consideration for employment or, if an individual has already been hired,
termination of employment.

As such, you are expected to be reachable on the mobile contact number provided to allow the
process of a standard security verification exercise. Calls will be made by Mr. Ruel Thompson,
Security Manager, LASCO and/or one of our agents, Guardsman Elite. We expect full
compliance, disclosure and courtesy with this process.

In addition, we may conduct background investigations when employees are being considered
for promotions or transfers, or in furtherance of an internal investigation of alleged misconduct.

We take security, compliance with regulatory bodies and the value of integrity very seriously
and as such go to great measures to ensure our employees are in line with the expected
standards.
