Ld. Members of District bar Association, North 24 Parganas, Barasat, are hereby
informed that in a meeting dated 05/05/2020 of the Executive Committee along with 04 Ld.
Advisories/ invitees (1) Mr. Shantamoy Bose from T.M.C., Legal Cell, (2) Mr. Mihir Das from
A.I.L.U., (3) Mr. Tapas Saha from B.J.P., Legal Cell and (4) Mr. Tuhin Chatterjee from Congress
Law Cell, it has unanimously resolved to assist financially to our Ld. Members who are in
Financial hardship due to prolong lockdown for Covid-19 from the fund of Association.
Ld. Members have to collect the prescribed Form published separately from the office of
our Association from 07/05/2020 to 15/05/2020 and also to submit the same after duly filled in
positively within said period at our office between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. personally or through any of
your messenger (except SUNDAY, the 10th may 2020).
Ld. Members, who are staying far away from our office may also send the filled-up
Application Form by Post or through e-mail to
districtbarassociationbarasat@gmail.com positively within said period.

Thereafter, Executive Committee along with said Ld. Advisories will sanction the amount
equally to the Ld. Members applied for within very short period, but Ld. Members have to
collect such Honorary financial assistance from our Bar Association Office as decided by
majority of the Ld. Members attended the meeting including Ld. Advisories.
Time and mode of disbursement of distribution/ payment of such financial assistance will
be announced later on.

Members as known to you and to other group of our Ld. Members.
