II. Rationale:
Green is a color that symbolizes a clean and a healthy environment. A cleanliness drive campaign is a
barangay -wide program that aims to thoroughly make streets and alleys spic-and-span by having students
coordinated with community member to sweep up trash ,remove all forms of vandalism and beautify public
infrastructure in the community.
