INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor of the City of Bacolod

accuses Walter W. Maputi, for VIOLATION OF SEC. 5, ARTICLE II OF R.A. 9165,
committed as follows:

That on March 14, 2024, at about 7:00 P.M., at Barangay Banago,

Bacolod City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable
Court, the said accused, with deliberate intent, did then and there,
willfully offered to sell in consideration of Php 1,000.00 with serial no.
06897. One (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet, containing light
blue crystalline substance, having a total net weight of 2.56 grams
marked as MCS-BB-0000234, which after laboratory examination tested
positive for the presence of Methamphetamine Hydrocholoride with
99% purity, locally known as “shabu”, a dangerous and illegal drug.
