Roles and Responsibilities The Marketing Manager oversees all marketing activities for the company or organization. They
develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, increase brand
awareness, and drive sales growth. The Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams
to execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, social media, and content
creation. They analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. Additionally, the Marketing Manager tracks and
evaluates the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusts strategies as needed, and reports results
to senior management.
Education / Qualifications Bachelor's / Master degree in business administration/ BTech, or related field – 0-3 years of
experience in Marketing.
Skills Required ❖ The candidate must have basic knowledge of emerging technologies,Oops and basics of
Data Science
❖ Develop relationships with college authorities and key stakeholders in Engineering,
Management, and Commerce colleges.
❖ Propose and present innovative, technology-based solutions and programs tailored for
college students.
❖ Extensive travel required within the designated regions to engage with colleges in North and
East India.
❖ Build and maintain strong connections with colleges and educational stakeholders.
❖ Lead initiatives aimed at promoting academic programs effectively.
❖ Previous experience in a similar role within the higher education sector is advantageous.
❖ Design proposals, offerings, and outcome-based tasks specific to Engineering, Management,
and Commerce colleges.
❖ Set and achieve targets, demonstrating a proactive approach towards accomplishing them.
❖ Possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
❖ Showcase a pleasing personality to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
