Job Description – Business Development Manager

Job Title Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. They develop strategies
to penetrate new markets, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver
solutions that meet client needs.

Working Days Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Education / Qualifications Bachelor's / Master degree in business administration/ BTech, marketing, or related field – 0-3
years of experience in business development or sales role

Skills Required ❖ The candidate must have basic knowledge of emerging technologies,Oops and basics of
Data Science
❖ Knowledge of relevant industry trends and markets
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
❖ Proven track record in sales and business development
❖ Strong negotiation abilities
❖ Analytical and problem-solving skills
❖ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
❖ Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events
❖ Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
❖ Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
❖ Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients

Number of Vacancies 5
Salary Range Stipend for first Two Months – 18k to 25k
Annual Package: 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA

Location Mohali/Chandigarh (Travel Required)
