INTRODUCTION

"Running" is a highly effective exercise that can significantly improve cardiovascular health, with

benefits including increased lung capacity, improved circulation, and strengthened heart and lungs. In

fact, the first recorded marathon race dates back to ancient Greece in 490 BC, and running has since

become one of the most popular forms of exercise worldwide. However, the ongoing COVID-19

pandemic has made it difficult for many individuals to maintain a balanced lifestyle, as staying indoors

and working from home has limited physical activity and exposed people to unhealthy food options. As

such, it is important for individuals to prioritize physical fitness and engage in regular exercise, such as

running, to help reduce the risk of heart disease and promote overall health and well-being, even in the

face of pandemic-related challenges. In this game plan we propose this activity that can be enjoyed both

indoors and outdoors, and can provide a fun and engaging way to stay active and maintain the

individual’s healthy lifestyle.

COMPONENTS

Physical components that relate to the game are:

- Cardiorespiratory Endurance

- Agility

- Balance

- Stamina

- Coordination

give the paper tag to their teammate which is the doer.

2. The doers, who is inside the circle is NOT ALLOWED to help their teammate to capture the target.

3. If a game master recognizes any wrong doings or inappropriate actions from the participants, that

II. Conditions:
