1. Histogram graphical distribution of a contineous series
(exclusive series), if the data is in inclusive series (0-9, 10-19 ...).
Then it firstly get converted in to Exclusive)

(i) Histogram with equal class interval

(ii) Unequal Class interval width of rectangles will increase or
decrease according to the size of Class interval
Before the presentation of data frequencies will be adjusted of a
unequal class interval
Base class interval → smallest size
ex 0 - 10 10
10 - 20 5
20 - 40 20
Smallest C.I = 10 (0 - 10 ,10 - 20)
20 - 40 - unequal C.I
Adjustment factor = CI of unequal Class/C.I of lowest Class
= 20/10 = 2
Frequency posted in b/w = 20 - 40
will be = 20/2 = 10
