Meeting Minutes:

Call to Order:

• The meeting was called to order by Ms.GarimaPantt at 2:00pm.

• Welcome and appreciation extended to all teaching staff as well as medical officer in –charge
for their presence.

Review of Previous Minutes: • The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed

Discussion Points

1. Update by Faculty Members to HOD on Clinical Requirements:

Faculty members provided an update to the HOD regarding the current status of clinical
requirements for the students. It was highlighted that major requirements of the students have
been completed and only role play of one batch is left and that will concluded by 13 th of
mar ,2024.
2. Transition from BSc 4th Year to BS.c nursing 5th semester Clinical Posting:
It was reiterated that the clinical posting for BS.c nursing 4 th yr students would conclude by
the 15th, followed by the commencement of community posting for BSc nursing 5th semester
students from the 1/april/ 2024

Faculty members briefed the HOD on the smooth transition plan and discussed strategies to
ensure all pending tasks are completed before the switch.

3. Planning for BSc nursing 5th semester Students' Clinical Posting:

The faculty members presented their plans for the clinical posting of BSc nursing 5 th semester
students, including a structured approach to enhance learning experiences.
They discussed key areas such as patient care, record keeping, and protocol adherence,
seeking approval and guidance from the HOD.
4. Faculty Accompaniment:
It was confirmed with the HOD that the same faculty members who accompanied previous
batches would continue to support and accompany the students during their clinical postings.
The HOD provided necessary instructions and ensured alignment with the faculty members'
plans.

5. Any Other Business:

No other business was discussed.
