2. The Cardmember must accumulate a minimum number of Reward Points for redemption towards cash credit per eligible card

3. IndusInd Bank reserves the right to change the rate of conversion of Reward Points to cash credit at any time without prior
notice. However, this change will be restricted to incremental points and there will be no impact on already converted Reward
Points.

4. If the Cardmember holds multiple IndusInd Bank Credit Cards, redemption requests cannot be made by pooling Reward
Points on different card accounts.

5. INR 100 plus applicable GST will be debited to the card account towards processing and fulfilment of the redemption request.

6. Cash credit will be credited to your card account within 3 working days from the date of redemption.

7. In case of insufficient points during the fulfillment, post placing the redemption request, the request will stand cancelled and
not be processed.

8. Reward Points once redeemed for cash credit cannot be reversed/cancelled.

9. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as IndusInd Bank having waived any of its rights under the Cardmember
Agreement or prejudicing any rights of IndusInd Bank there under.
