Dependent on customer requirements. We have thousands of customers and each has a specific standard. Even on where to position the Best Before date in the boxes lahi2x ang preference. So what QA does is to ensure compliance to the specific customerss reqs.

Inventory meaning counting? Or inventory as in stocks? We do annual physical count. We do inventory of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Finished Goods, Equipment, tools up to tables, chairs, PC units, stocks at storeroom ( no. of pens, rims of bond papers, cartridge inks, nails, hammers, etc.) basically everything are counted. Aside from this, real time pd ang count on production matls. We have a system for that.

naa midyear evaluation ang dmpi? what ang mga gina evaluate? Evaluation on??? Performance?? naay performance evaluation. We have 2 criteria for the diff levels in the org (1 for Supervisors and up and another for rank and file) policy/process sa delivery ng products? Daghan mani. Different process for raw materials, packaging matls, stocks,etc.. basta Qlty Assurance dept plays a vital role here including PEZA office since DMPI has already been declared as one. what ang control sa supplies (raw materials sa packing and food production)?
I have no idea as to the specifics because this is a line function (operations function) but I know that Suppliers bid their products (taken cared by Procurement Dept), QA dept then evaluates based on the specs provided by customers

unsa ang ways sa pag monitor ng operations sa production? wastewater treatment? air pollution control?
production - metrics are provided, shown in their scorecards waste water and pollution- we have a WW Treatment facility. I have no idea on how to monitor this. Wala ko naassign ani na dept But for sure customer complaints is one way of determining if these are well monitored
