CONSENT AGREEMENT

Melvin Jones Lions Academy using my name, image, and likeness in connection with the
schools social media accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, using my name, image,
and likeness in photos, videos, and text posts on the schools social media accounts.

I understand that the Melvin Jones Lions Academy’s social media accounts is a student-run
organisation that uses social media to share news and information about the school and the
activities . I also understand that the schools social media accounts are public and that
anyone can view them.

I agree that the Melvin Jones Lions Academy can use my name, image, and likeness in
connection with its social media accounts. However, I also understand that I have the right to
request the school to remove any specific photos, videos, or text posts that contain my
name, image, or likeness. If I make such a request, the school will remove the content from
its social media accounts within a reasonable period of time.

I also agree that the school can use my name, image, and likeness for any purpose related
to the school's mission, including promoting the school and its activities. For example, the
school may use my name, image, or likeness in making activity videos and posting images
on our social accounts.
