You will receive a
code to validate
your account

Enter your email

address (twice)
and create a
password

Tick both boxes Enter the validation code you have

received on your mobile phone and
Click on click on « VALIDER »

If you already have an account

- enter your email & password
- click on « SE CONNECTER »

You now have access to:
FAQ (Centre d’aide) / Your appointments (Mes rendez-vous) / Your documents (Mes documents) / Your profile (Name Firstname)

You can look for a General practitioner or a specialist from the search bar.
Enter the name and the locality.

Covid-19 part :
• Book a PCR Test appointment : look for “Dépistage COVID-19 test PCR (prélèvement naso-pharyngé)”
• Book an Antigen test: look for “Dépistage COVID-19 test antigénique (prélèvement naso-pharyngé)”
