IDENTIFY: What platform do you use and why?

I use both Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. However, I have regularly

accessed Microsoft Suite for various school tasks and have developed a strong understanding

of its features, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. For instance, I can format documents

in Word, create Excel spreadsheets, and develop PowerPoint presentations. This familiarity

makes it easier for me to use and navigate than Google Suite.

REFLECT: Which platform would you need to spend time exploring in more depth in order

to support students?

I want to explore Google Suites further to provide effective support for students.

Although I've been using this platform for a while, such as Google Docs and Outlook, I still

have much to learn. In particular, I want to look at Google Sheets and Slides to see how they

can be implemented effectively in the classroom. For instance, I could use Slides to create

interactive presentations and Sheets to keep track of students' progress.

COURSE CONNECTION: What did you learn about this less familiar platform in this

week's content?

In this week's content, I learned that it's important to thoroughly understand platforms

like Google Suites, Microsoft Suites, and Apple Suites. Both students and educators can

benefit from these platforms, which offer a wide range of tools and features that enhance the

learning experience.
