RULES OF THE GROUP

1. Registrate as a members of the group.

 IF yes then follow the rules below.

2. Semester 1 second year plan:

 We will have three meeting every week.


 Discussion time: 7 - 8:30 AM (During Ramadan).
 After Ramadan it will be temporary.

3. Discipline

a) Delaying
 The member should on time at the day of the meeting *7:10 am at last.
 The first day delaying is Warning
 The second day, you will go back.
 Third day without permission, you will suspend one week or three consecutive
meeting.
 Fourth day, you will exist the group.
b) Absent
 You must announce in the group if you want to be absent that meeting.
 1st day absent is Warning
 If you absent 2 consecutive meeting with no reasoning, you will bring an A4 rim
 If you are absent 3 consecutive, you are out of group
 If it is 2 different meeting with no reasoning, you bring full A4 rim
 If it 3 different meeting with no reasoning, you suspend one week or three
consecutive meeting.
 If its 4 different meeting with no reason you are out of group

4. Discussion

 Our debate will be 2 way discussion with closing the books.


 People who are going to be Host and case makers, one day boys and the nect
disscusion girls and always chaging
 During discussion:-
1.no taking between members outside discussion topic
2. No picking up phone calls
3.no using phone for outside discussion topic

5. Chairperson

 We will elect every semester new president with vice president.


 Semester the boys will be head and the next semester a girl will be the head
 Same for assistance
