Subject: Leave Application (OR) LEAVE APPLICATION

Respected Sir
Today I am not able to attend my regular classes because I got severe headache and cough
from yesterday onward. To visit hospital I am not able to go by myself as my sick attendant I
requested jj for the help.
Therefore, I would be grateful if sir could grant me and my friend jjj a two days leave to
visit hospital kindly noting the above statement and care for my health.
