Chapter I Use Instructions

1.1 Power safety
A、 Power: One AC 50Hz 220V AC (± 10%).
Only the power types identified in the printer's label are used.Depending on
the country or region, a 110V or 220V AC power supply may be used.
B. Connect all equipment to a proper grounding socket, and avoid using the socket
in the same circuit with the equipment that is frequently switched between on and
off (such as copier and air conditioning system).
C. Avoid using sockets controlled by wall switches or automatic timers.
D. Keep your computer system away from potential sources of electromagnetic
interference, such as speakers or wireless telephone stands.
E. Do not use damaged or broken power cords.
F. If you use an additional power cord, remember that the total amperage of the
device plugged into the additional power cord does not exceed the rated amperage of
the power supply. In addition, remember that the total amperage of all devices
plugged into the wall does not exceed the rated amperage of the wall socket.
G. In case of any problem, please seek the printer maintenance technician in time.
H. For the safety of people and machines, please be sure to connect the ground wire.
The specific requirements shall be informed by the installation personnel.
1. Do not plug and unplug the print line and power cord with power, otherwise the
motherboard will be damaged.

1.2 Precautions for operation

A. Always use the power switch to turn off the printer. (i.e. the power switch
at the rear of the right side of the printer) please do not unplug the printer
power plug or other relevant data cables before the machine power is cut off.
B. Please do not put tools or other articles on the printing platform or cover
plate of the machine, so as to avoid unnecessary losses caused by untimely
cleaning before the machine is operated.
C. Before handling the printer, please make sure that your printing trolley is
fixed at the initial position.
D. When printing, be sure to use a paper jam (anti warping sheet) to prevent
the paper from wandering and scraping the nozzle.
E. The machine must be guarded during operation. (there shall be full-time
operators).
F. The grating strip should be checked frequently to see if it is clean and
damaged. If it is dirty, it should be cleaned with a cotton swab dipped in
alcohol.
G. The guide rail should be checked frequently to see if it is clean; It is
recommended to apply grease (or part lubricating oil, etc.) on the guide rail
after 1-2 months of use to reduce the friction of the sliding block.

H. Regularly check and clean the maintenance station.
1. Do not expose the nozzle to the air after leaving the maintenance station
for a long time.
J. Under abnormal shutdown state; Do not pull the trolley manually and quickly,
but start it to return to the warehouse automatically.
K. Maintain the machine regularly to reduce the impact of dust and ink on the
machine
50. Note: the machine must be connected to the ground wire; When the air is dry,
the problem of static electricity can not be ignored. When using PET film media,
it usually carries electrostatic charge (especially when the paper feeding
speed is very fast); Electrostatic charge may cause damage to the safety of the
machine and board. The only way is to use grounding wire to release the static
electricity As the human body itself is a huge static power supply, when
operating the ink head with electricity, make sure that both hands have been
discharged (contact the grounding metal body or wear the antistatic bracelet),
otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the board and nozzle

1.3 Note for installation location and use environment

A. Place the printer on a flat surface that is horizontal, stable, and larger than
the printer. If the printer tilts or has a certain angle, the machine may not work
properly
B. Leave enough space around the printer to ensure normal ventilation of the
printer.
C. Place the printer near the wall outlet so that the plug can be easily plugged in
and out.
D. Avoid using the printer in places where temperature and humidity are prone to
drastic changes. Protect the printer from direct sunlight, strong light or heat.
E. Printer operating temperature: 18-26 ℃; Humidity: 38%-65%. In order to make the
machine run in the best condition, please configure air conditioner and hygrometer
indoors.
F. The machine must be kept away from strong interference radiation sources.

1.4 Ink placement and use precautions

A、Please keep the ink bottle out of the reach of children. Do not let children
drink the ink or touch the ink cartridge.
B. If the ink sticks to the skin, wash it with soap and water. If the ink splashes
into the eyes, immediately flush it with clean water.
C. Do not shake the ink bottle to avoid ink leakage.
D. After using the ink bottle for a period of time (usually two months), it should
be removed immediately for thorough cleaning and dried. When replacing a new ink
bottle, pay attention to cleaning to ensure the printing quality.
E. The ink shall be stored in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight。

Chapter 2 Machine Introduction and Preparation

2.1Machine assembly
Open the packing box of the machine, remove the machine accessories inside, and
assemble them as shown in the following figure:

2.2Keyboard introduction

1. Move left and right direction key: move the car left and right in standby state,
and read the items in menu state

2. Return paper entry direction key: advance and retreat printing carrier in
standby state, reduce or increase the number of items under the menu

2.3 Installation of the printing carrier
Note before installation: You can use the reel carrier.Make sure the paper loads
straight, without leaning.Note that the carrier is kept parallel to the
countertop.Be sure to load it from behind.If the edge of the scroll print carrier
is wrinkled or damaged, cut off the damaged part before sending it to the scroll

shaft to prevent the print carrier from getting stuck in the

machine.
Lift the press wheel handle right right in front of the printer before installing
the print carrier.Get the press wheel off the table.Then load the scroll body
following the steps above Figures 1,2,3 and fix it.After the scroll carrier is
inserted into the countertop, it needs to be tightened to ensure that the carrier
is parallel to the countertop.At this point, tighten the print carrier, and press
the paper wheel down.

2.3.1 Distance between the nozzle and the print carrier

According to the thickness of different printing carriers, the height of the nozzle
seat can be adjusted.The ideal spacing between the nozzle and the print carrier is
2.5mm.According to the flatness of the printing carrier can be adjusted
appropriately, so as to avoid wiping the spray head from the printing carrier and
destroying the picture effect.However, the maximum distance is recommended not to
exceed 3.5mm.The adjustment method is to loosen the left and right side panels of
the nozzle holder and the 4 screws on the car backplane, and adjust the upper
transmission shaft bearing, so that the car height can be moved up and down. After
appropriate height adjustment, then the left and right side panels of the nozzle
holder and the 4 screws on the back plate of the car are tightened.as shown in the

2.4 Notes for ink installation / use

1. Please put the ink out of the child's reach.
2. If the ink splashes into your eyes, please rinse it with a lot of water
immediately.
3. Please use the cleaning liquid with random to for the ink head pipe.
4. The ambient temperature of ink use is recommended at 18℃ - -28℃.
5. Please store the ink in a cool place and room temperature environment to avoid
high temperature, low temperature and sunlight.
6. Please use the ink bottle in time after opening. It should not be stored for a
long time.
7. If the ink is found to freeze at low temperature, let it be redissolved at room
temperature and left for several hours in use.
8. If the ink splashes on your hands or clothes, wash it clean as soon as possible.
9. Don't try to parse the ink cartridge.
10. Ink is a chemical product. Please dispose of the empty bottles, scrapped ink
cartridges and waste ink properly to try to avoid environmental pollution.Wash all
the lines with cleaning detergent before installing the ink.
11. When installing the ink, please try not to pull out the ink sac to reduce the
loss. Only use the ink specified by the machine, and please do not mix it with
other brand types of ink.

12. When the machine stops printing, the ink speed should be slow to produce
bubbles.Put the ink into the ink cartridge frame, insert the ink tube into the ink
bottle according to the above color logo, and pull the ink into the ink tank, as
shown in the figure:

Chapter VII Maintenance Instructions

1. Conduct nozzle detection before printing every day to
