How would you describe the student's skills & qualitative strengths
Hope has been a joy to have in our class. We will miss her. Her biggest asset is her
patience. She is able to meet the needs of the students by using a clam voice. She is able
to adapt to an ever changing and at times unpredictable classroom environment.

What would be your further recommendations and area(s) of growth for this student?
(technical or soft skills)
Hope can continue to gain hands on experience working with students. I am confident she
is going to be wonderful EA.
