Your task
Close your eyes, take some deep breaths, and now
let’s play a game:
• Count to 4 while you breathe in, count to 2 while
you hold your breath, and finally count to 7 while
you breathe out.
• Repeat this exercise for 2 minutes. It helps you
connect with your inner world. Now think about
the things you like about yourself. This is WHO
you are.
• You can use this tool to relax when you feel
stressed!
