RATIONALE:

PD 1508 or the Katarungang Pambarangay Law, a system of justice that

settles disputes at the Barangay Level. The KP employ mediation, conciliation, or
arbitration to settle disputes without going to count.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To ably know the different cases lodged or under jurisdiction of the Lupon

2. To memorize by heart settlement procedure

HIGHLIGHT:
