Knowledge transfer

For this transition, the process of sharing knowledge will extend throughout the entire 70-day transition
period. Knowledge transfer will involve the use of various methods. The designated Project Manager
(PM) will arrange for two formal in-person training sessions led by the current IT Transition Lead. These
sessions will concentrate on addressing specific IT issues related to system tasks and activities. In
addition, the current PM will coordinate two formal sessions conducted by the present Configuration
Manager, which will encompass the documentation prerequisites and organizational procedures and
resources. These sessions will be concluded at least 20 days before the conclusion of the 70-day
transition period. Furthermore, all T1 staff will collaborate with their T2 counterparts over the 70-day
duration to familiarize themselves with the database, tools, processes, and organizational resources. The
PMs from T1, T2, and the customer will meet no later than 15 days before the transition's completion to
assess whether any further knowledge transfer is necessary.
