36 was called to order by SDS Roy C. Tuballa, presiding officer.

38 The meeting started with the singing of the National Anthem,
39 followed by a prayer.
40 Roll Call of the Ms. Marife A. De la Cerna made the roll call based on the
41 Participants attendance, and after which, she informed the presiding officer that
42 eight out of ten executive committee members were present, more
43 than enough to constitute a quorum.

46 Review of the Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting was raised by ITO

SGOD CES Singson presented the SGOD Program Updates, and
a. Chief Singson Announcements of the following KRA’s under SGOD
1. Learner Formation Section

 Coordination and In-Charge as per DM Div. Memo No #

 CFFS Orientation; after the onboarding of AO’s and PDO’s in
March 2024. Together with School Heads, Guidance
Counsellor/ Designate as participants.

 School - Based Feeding Program
 NFP Component, 106 days implementation to end on or
before March 15, 2024. Please remind our School Heads
and AO’s to submit terminal report on time. Milk
Component implementation will follow for 37 days.
 Medical Nursing Services
 Submit to the School/ District Nurses CS form 86 with
attachments: Complete Blood Count, Urinalysis, Chest X-
Ray.
 Nurses must upload Exam Results online through the link
provided.
 Recognition
 WINS Champion, 3 Star rating for three consecutive years
2021-23.
 Special Recognition for Ok sa DepEd and GPP.
 Div. Memo # 127 s. 2024 Finalist of WINS Champion

LEGAL Atty. Christine Joyce Paco reported on behalf of the Legal Officer,
Atty. Rey P. Janolino Jr. due to some other engagements.
She only gave a short discussion on the issues arising from the Legal STATUS: A letter
Office. First, she informed the body that a report on the three (3) was already sent
school heads who have unliquidated MOOE was already made and to the school
sent to the Regional Office for appropriate action. An Order from heads for a fact
the latter was already received, instructing the Legal Office to finding
formally conduct an investigation regarding the matter at hand. investigation on
March 6, 2024.
Second, she appealed to the school managers (PSDSs and school

heads) to help in addressing the alarming issue of disgraceful and
immoral conduct among the teachers since it is the most common
complaint received by the Legal Office.

OPEN FORUM A question was raised regarding the travel and food expenses
of students during contests and meets, whether or not both
can be charged to MOOE.
REGION IX
Accountant Arvie Ompoy answered that only the fare
can be charged to the local school fund. As to the
Special Education Fund, he cannot comment about it
since it has different guidelines.
Another question was raised by _______. He inquired about

the appointment of a bookkeeper in Siocon National Science
High School because until this time they have no bookkeeper
yet. Also, there have been no science teacher replacement
sent to them in lieu of those science teachers assigned to
other stations.
SDS Tuballa said that it will be solved sooner. For now,
they would have to utilize the current personnel. There
will be capacity building and upskilling so that other
personnel can temporarily perform the tasks of vacant
posts.
A question raised by Mr. Gerardo Montilla regarding the

separation of annexes or extension schools from main schools,
particularly the implementing units.
SDS Tuballa said to refer the matter to the team of CES
Joy Singson, particularly to SEPS Wilson Inding who is
mainly in charge for that matter.
- Calibrate strategies with regards to project
The school head from ________ asked whether or not the CO-
template MOA for Senior High School immersion can be
modified, since ZANECO, one of the usual companies they
send their students to for immersion, suggested some changes
to the MOA.
SDS Tuballa gave the floor to the CID Chief to answer
the same.
CID Chief Mayormita said that we can allow and

accommodate such modifications provided that it is
within the policy guidelines and the conduct of
immersion. She added that these modifications must
be communicated with the _________
PSDS Arnold Dinglasa asked regarding a concern on Seroan

Integrated School. Before it became an integrated school, it
was an extension of the main school, hence, both were
manned by a Head Teacher. However, since it is already an
integrated school now, meaning entirely separate from the

main school, there will be a shortage of teachers.
- SDS said it was a good decision on the part of PSDS
Dinglasa
- In addition, SDS said that we are actually in the
process of hiring for the local school board
teachers and specifically advised the provincial
administrator that in terms of hiring the same, it
would now be exclusive to secondary school
teachers because that is where we are
encountering problems
- I do not allow volunteer teachers because I will be
obliged to appoint them
To EPS Acaylar, make sure this will be discussed during the LSB
Meeting
Since there were no other matters to be discussed, SDS Tuballa
asked for a motion for adjournment.
ITO Julius O. Belagantol moved the motion to adjourn the meeting
and was duly seconded by ASDS Raymond M. Salavador.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:07 PM.
