4. Band Room open Tuesdays/Thursdays after school for afternoon practice

time for Solo and Ensemble!
Bus will pick students up from the HS at 4:15PM to drop them off at their elementary schools.
Students playing in ensembles need to rehearse after school and be coached and this time
would be perfect for this!

5. Jazz Band Thursdays 3:30-4:30PM

6. Band Finale Concert and plus Band Banquet afterwards! Tuesday, May 7th, 2024

We are bringing back the Band Banquet! This had been something that had been done
before but with COVID and restrictions on serving food in large gatherings, it fell unseen for
a couple of years. All families are invited to attend the band banquet which will happen
immediately after the band concert on Tuesday, May 7th. All students will eat for free, but
families will need to purchase their meal ahead of time. We will send out an order form for
families to purchase their spot at the band banquet.

The band banquet will consist of a dinner, grade level awards, event recognitions, and senior
spotlights!
