1. Performance Details:

Event: SK Night
Date: April 14, 2024
Time: 8pm – 2am
Location: Patacbo, Basista, Pangasinan

2. Payment:

The Client agrees to remit the exact sum of pesos to the

Band upon completion of the performance at the aforementioned event.

• Included in the package

Sound System (Amplifiers, Sound Tech, Drumset and Speakers)
Lights and instruments
Band Players (Depends on how many players were discussed)

3. Fights or Brawls:

It is explicitly understood that any altercation, fight, or brawl occurring during

the performance will result in the immediate termination of the Band's
engagement. Not with standing the elapsed time, the Client agrees to
remunerate the Band in full for their services.

4. Verbal and Physical Assault:

In the event of any verbal or physical assault directed towards the Band
members, the performance will be instantly terminated, and the Client agrees to
compensate the Band in full.

5. Physical Activities:

Engaging in any physical activities, including dancing with any Band

member during the performance, is strictly prohibited.

6. Time Frame:

The Band will perform for [Number of Hours] hours, inclusive of

designated rest periods.

6.Lodging:

Lodging, encompassing provisions such as food and beverages for

the band members, is likewise incorporated within the specified time frame.
