Moral recovery program of Out-of-school youth in

Barangay Maharlika

A. Objective :
These programs can help the youth understand their worth, develop a positive
outlook on life, and realize their potential. It can also provide them with the tools they
need to make good decisions and contribute positively to their communities, And
engage in education to reach their goals in life.

B. Proposed Activities:

It includes activities like mentoring, workshops on values and ethics,


community service, and even sports and arts programs, Mental health
awareness programs, and seminars. Participate in the education program for
out-of-school youth that is conducted by ALS( Alternative Learning System).

C. Timetable:

Every weekend and it will end in three-month sessions.

D. Resources to be utilized:
Park (Jungle park), covered court, barangay library etc.
E. Agencies/person to be involved:

Barangay Council, committee on education, committee of social welfare,


out-of-school youth, ALS coordinator.

F. Funding requirements:

I. Expected Outcomes:

Participants should feel better about themselves and their abilities. This can
help them take on new challenges and opportunities. Gain important skills like
problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. These skills can help them
succeed in many areas of life. To get involved in their communities, whether
through volunteering, joining local clubs, or participating in community events.
They will graduate through the program of ALS ( Alternative Learning System).
