Closeout Report for SIN:39 Date: 24-02-2024

Consultant Observation:

1). Wires/cables for lighting, fire alarm, and emergency light systems are installed on site, and
none of these wires or cables are protected from construction activities. The wires and cables
installed on the site must be properly covered and protected to prevent damage. (Point applicable
for all locations)

2). It has been noted that installed PVC floor conduits have been damaged in various locations in
academic block I & 2 ground floor area. All PVC floor conduits should be protected to prevent
physical damage.

Refer to the attached photographs from site for your early response with rectification and
corrective action.

Proposed/Corrective Action:

1) Cables and wires are protected/covered with polythene sheet, cable tray, and trunking to safeguard
them from all types of damages.

2) Ground PVC conduits are covered with motor paste for additional protection.
