Closeout Report for SIN:49 Date: 23-02-2024

Consultant Observation:

During our site visit, we observed that wires and ELV cables pulled from class rooms are rolled in
corridor high level as tray, trunking works are incomplete up to Ele/Tel rooms. Moreover, pulled
cables are not provided with proper protection to avoid any damages.
Contractor shall ensure containment works are fully completed prior to start wire/cable Pull work.
Refer to the attached photographs from site for your early response with rectification and corrective
action.
Proposed/Corrective Action:

1) Wires and ELV cables are properly pulled in the cable tray and trunking and wherever are suspended,
are kept protected with polythene sheet.

2) Cable tray and trunking work has been completed till to Electrical/Tel room and safe from any type of
damage.

3) Further wire pulling work will be started after completion of cable tray and trunking work as
commented.
