During this event ANAVRIN Equestrian Retreat and Sports Club shall provide the following:

Option 1
1. ANAVRIN ARENA (Outdoor Seating) with bean bags for comfortable sitting and lounging
2. The Biggest Screen in the UAE for your Presentation
3. Full Sound System plus microphones
4. Buffet (Menu Attached**)
5. Open Bar

Option 2

1. Closed Conference Room Set up for the Group at NIRVANA

2. Projection system for presentation
3. Full Sound System plus microphones
4. Buffet (Menu Attached**)
5. Open Bar

We propose AED 4499 and or AED 3755 respectively for Option 1 and Option 2. Please note all charges are
excluding taxes.

We request you to kindly pre-book the date with us by making an advance payment of 25% of the selected
package for ANAVRIN Equestrian Retreat and Sports Club to hold the date for you.
