REFLECTION

The first thing I did was wash the

apple and cut it into thin pieces.
After cutting, make sure to pat dry
every piece of the apple. Set aside
the apple and preheat the oven for 20 mns. After that, set the timer for 180 mns or
for 3 hrs with 177° C. Take a small cardboard box and place it next to the oven
door so it doesn't close completely, leaving a 3 cm opening in the oven. After
dehydrating for 3 hours in the oven, wait for the heat inside the oven to disappear
before removing and cooling the dehydrated apples before placing them in the jar.
And for the good packaging, I add the label and ribbon to make it presentable.

Making dried or dehydrated apples in the oven was a fun experience. I learned that
it's easy to turn fresh fruits into dehydrated ones by putting them into the oven, but
it can also be hydrated using the sun, put it in an open basin and spread it out under
the sun's rays for a few days but make sure that no insects or dirt can land on it.
